It produces extremely fragrant flowers used for religious ritual, for scenting the body and hair, and for floating in bowls of water to scent a room. The aroma is a heavy, deep floral, with fruity aspects like dried apricots and plum, and a beautiful tannic tea nuance that acts almost like a natural musk in this flower.

Champaca is gorgeous in Eastern perfumes and blends well with jasmine, rose, patchouli, sandalwood & amber. It also shines like a diamond as a solioflore fragrance set upon a bed of sandalwood and musk.
